A look inside TÜV Rheinland Japan

Watch as the testing services company TÜV Rheinland provides viewers with a rare look inside its Japan testing centers.

The company has seven locations in Japan, including three testing laboratories in Yokohama, Osaka, and Nagoya.

In the video, TÜV show images of its Yokohama location, which features a calibration lab, environmental simulation chambers and a ten-meter semi-anechoic chamber and a three-meter full anechoic chamber for EMC testing. Also shown are its millimeter wave testing facilities, and its wireless IoT radio frequency (RF) testing.

Its Japan operations, which employee 400 staff, are overseen by TÜV Rheinland Japan, a subsidiary of TÜV Rheinland Group, which has been active as an independent third-party test house in Japan since 1978.
