ZEISS acquires Polish test equipment maker LENSO

ZEISS has bought the Polish test equipment maker LENSO in a deal it says will expand its market presence in the Eastern European country.

The German-based testing solutions company said the under the deal LENSO will become part of ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions. Both companies have agreed not to disclose the financial details of this transaction.

“With this acquisition customers will benefit from a seamlessly integrated experience to get the best measuring solutions for their specific applications,” ZEISS said in a statement.

Headquartered in Poznan, Poland, LENSO manufactures 3D optical systems.
