The congress, which is happening from February 28 to March 3 in the Spanish city, will bring together leading companies within the mobile phone industry.
Rohde & Schwarz will exhibit test and measurement solutions covering the exhibitions three main themes: 5G connectivity, the expanded mobile ecosystem and the future of mobile.
Among the 5G testing platforms that the company will showcase are its R&S CMX500 5G radio communication tester. Also on display will be Rohde & Schwarz’s R&S ATS800R compact antenna test range (CATR) based 5G NR mmWave test chamber for the demonstration of over-the-air (OTA) testing.
To address the future of mobile devices the equipment said it will showcase equipment to meet the new testing challenges posed by 5G enhancements and 6G. Namely, the updated R&S SMW200A vector signal generator, which now supports frequencies up to 67 GHz – 72 GHz in overrange mode and can be used for evaluating the performance of the latest generation RF transceiver chipsets for 5G NR up to 71 GHz.
As well as hosting a booth at the event the company will also contribute to several panels of the event’s conference program, said Rohde & Schwarz.
