The event is open to IEEE members, student members, and their guests with advance registration.

There will be a guided tour of ETS-Lindgren’s nearly 140,000 sq ft manufacturing facility, including the A2LA-accredited laboratory, providing the guests with an in-depth look at chambers and other key areas of the facility, offering valuable insights into industry and technology.

“We are excited to welcome UT Austin students and their guests to our facility and provide them with a firsthand look at the work we do,” said Tara Kellogg, director, Business Development Healthcare, Industrial, Government at ETS-Lindgren and IEEE EMC Society Central Texas Chapter Chair. “This tour is a great opportunity for students to connect classroom learning with real-world applications, and we hope it inspires them as they explore careers in engineering and technology.”

The IEEE EMC Society is the world’s largest organization dedicated to the development and distribution of information, tools, and techniques for reducing electromagnetic interference.

As part of ETS-Lindgren’s commitment to promoting STEM education and inspiring the next generation of engineers, this joint effort aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world industry applications. By showcasing the innovative engineering behind its testing solutions, ETS-Lindgren hopes to ignite students’ passion for problem-solving and technological advancements.
