Element appoints new chief commercial officer

Testing, inspection and certification (TIC) company Element Materials Technology (Element) has appointed Renae Leary as its new chief commercial officer.

According to Element, Leary’s role will involve leading the commercial strategy “to drive accelerated growth and ensure that customers’ voices remain central to Element’s strategic and operational decision-making processes.”

Leary will head the company’s central commercial excellence team and her remit will include enhancing sales force efficiency; spearheading global strategic account management programs; and nurturing brand development.

Leary is joining Element from the health and safety protection solutions company Ansell where she was also the chief commercial officer.
