Supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), the new cutting-edge facility will provide testing and certification services, helping manufacturers gain access to global markets.
Key capabilities include an advanced EMC laboratory, wireless performance testing, electrical product testing and cybersecurity.
The advanced EMC laboratory includes two cutting-edge semi-anechoic chambers up to 10 meters. These chambers help confirm that product testing is conducted accurately in complex electromagnetic environments. Wireless performance testing provides essential evaluations of wireless communication devices, which include 4G and 5G NR(FR1), IoT systems, automotive electronics, and medical equipment. to help confirm seamless and interference-free operation. An enhanced electrical laboratory offers efficient testing and certification services to help customers meet global safety regulatory requirements with localized service. The new laboratory also supports manufacturers in protecting connected devices by testing for compliance with global cybersecurity standards.
The new facility will also serve as CSA Group’s ASEAN headquarters.
