First launched in 2014, BCW is described by Bosch as “a global hybrid event” that brings together “the entire ecosystem of Bosch, its partners, and its customers.”

The event taking place on February 28 and 29 at STATION-Berlin will feature a conference and exhibition focusing on strategies, business models, and use cases enabled by artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT).

Among the exhibitors will be the testing, inspection and certification (TIC) company TÜV SÜD, who will showcase their service portfolio at the event.

“Focus topics of TÜV SÜD’s presence at the conference and exhibition will include solutions for artificial intelligence (AI) and cyber security and for digitalisation in the production and building sectors,” TÜV SÜD said in a press release.

Dr Andreas Hauser, CEO Digital Service at TÜV SÜD in Singapore, will be part of a panel discussion on the subject of creating trust in AI.

“Current developments in the area of artificial intelligence show that we are at the very beginning of the digital transformation and that there is still huge potential to be tapped”, said Hauser. “We are continuously working on advancing our services to ensure companies can make the most of the opportunities provided by digitalisation, while minimising the associated risks at the same time.”
