AMD head to deliver CES 2023 keynote speech

The head of semiconductor giant AMD Dr Lisa Su has been announced as a keynote address speaker for the next Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

Su, AMD’s chair and CEO, will deliver the in-person keynote at CES 2023 in January next year. Su will talk about how high-performance and adaptive computing transforms lives by addressing the world's toughest problems.

"Over the last few years computing has become an essential and pervasive part of our daily lives, helping each of us adapt how we work and learn remotely, while keeping us connected and entertained," said Su.

"I am excited for the opportunity to deliver a keynote at CES 2023 to highlight the next generation of high-performance and adaptive computing innovations, and products that will push the boundaries on what is possible and play an important role helping solve our most important challenges."

AMD, which stands for Advanced Micro Devices, is a US multinational semiconductor company based in Santa Clara, California, that develops computer processors and related technologies for business and consumer markets. AMD’s innovations in areas including high-performance computing, AI and gaming will be showcased at CES 2023.

More than 1300 are confirmed at CES 2023 which will take place in Las Vegas on January 5-8, 2023.
